Taekwondo Union of New Zealand (TUNZ) Annual General Meeting
the TUNZ Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held at 7:00 PM on Sunday, 17th May. The meeting will be held online.
If you have any resolutions you would like to put forward for discussion at the AGM, please send these through by Saturday 2nd May.
As this is an election year, we will be calling for nominations for the following Executive Committee roles:
- President
- Vice President
- Secretary
- Treasurer
- Council Member (x3)
If you or someone you know is interested in standing for any of these roles, please complete the attached nomination form and submit before Saturday 2nd May.
If you are unable to attend and would like to appoint a proxy, please ensure this is submitted at least 48 hours prior to the meeting using the attached form.
