TUNZ Poomsae Programme Seminar

This will be a great chance for students to prepare for their next grading and improve their poomsae, and also for athletes wanting to compete at the upcoming TUNZ Open with feedback from recent competitions.

The seminar will be broken down into drills which will help improve, strengthen and condition poomsae performance, along with a competition format in which attendees will get feedback on how to improve their poomsae for grading and competition.

Attendees will need to bring a water bottle and light afternoon snack.

Cost:  TUNZ members $10, non-TUNZ members $20

Dress code:  Full dobok or poomsae dobok if you have one
