TUNZ Poomsae Programme Training – Lower North Island

Theme:  Be competition/grading ready

Who can attend:  Anyone who is green belt and above, and over the age of 10 years.  A big shout-out welcome to all instructors as well as your students!

What to bring:  Your enthusiasm for poomsae!  Wear your dobok and belt, and bring a jacket just in case;  your water bottle and a light lunch;  and a notebook and pen to jot down ideas you want/need to remember.

Format for the day:  10:00am  group warm up (all belt levels);  10:30am  group exercises (all belt levels);  11:30am split into smaller groups by belt level;  12:00 – 12:30pm short lunch break;  1:30pm colour belts bow out;  2:30pm  black belts bow out.
