TUNZ Poomsae Programme Training – Upper South Island

Who can attend:  Anyone who is green belt and above, and over the age of 10 years.  A big shout-out welcome to all instructors as well as your students!

What to bring:  Your enthusiasm for poomsae!  Wear your dobok and belt, and bring a jacket just in case;  your water bottle and a light lunch;  and a notebook and pen to jot down ideas you want/need to remember.

Format for the day:  10:00am  warm up;  10:15am  everyone working together on technique;  11:00am separate sessions for colour belts and black belts;  12:00 noon  lunch break;  12:30pm separate sessions continue.  Colour belts will finish at 1:30pm and black belts at 2:30pm.
