TUNZ Poomsae Seminar Blenheim
Welcome to all instructors, poomsae coaches and poomsae enthusiasts.
This will be a great chance for students to prepare for their next grading and improve their poomsae, and also for athletes wanting to compete at future competitions. The seminar will be broken down into drills which will help improve, strengthen and condition poomsae performance, along with a format in which attendees will get feedback on how to improve their poomsae for grading and competition. Attendees will need to bring a water bottle and lunch.
Who can attend: Anyone who is green belt and above, and over the age of 10 years
Dress code: Full dobok or poomsae dobok if you have one
Cost: TUNZ members $10, non-TUNZ members $20
