TUNZ Poomsae Seminar Wellington

Welcome to all instructors, poomsae coaches and students.

The seminar will be broken down into drills which will help improve strength and condition poomsae performance, along with a format in which attendees will get feedback on how to improve their poomsae for grading and competition.  Attendees will need to wear dobok and belt, and bring a water bottle and lunch.

Who can attend:  Anyone who is green belt and above, and over the age of 10 years

Cost:  TUNZ members no charge, non-TUNZ members $50
